About Ste

My passion for health, fitness and nutrition led to completing a degree at Loughborough University in 2013.


Since then I have worked as a personal trainer in London, working closely with people from various backgrounds, each with unique goals and starting points.


I believe in a hands-on, multi-faceted approach when it comes to helping people achieve their goals, helping to create sustainable changes to lifestyle and improved quality of life.
